Leave messages on the up-to-the-minute multilingual "talking" fridge (!), or just get yourself some crushed, cubed ice or purified water. All appliances are ultra modern stainless steel stove, Fridge Freezer, Microwave, ceramic Cook Top, Oven and whisper quiet Dishwasher.

With it's pale sage green Corian countertops and center island this is a really cool place to enjoy.

The fully equipped kitchen is perfect to prepare anything from a full feast to an impromptu "on the deck" snack. The dining room is adjacent to the kitchen

The entire interior of our home was recently renovated in a tasteful blend of antique and modern European style decor.   It is extremely light and airy. Although neither air conditioning or heating is needed in summer, there is new gas fireplace on the main floor and a new gas stove on the lower floor (sufficient to heat the whole place). Back up electric heating

The living room has a new red microfiber couch and love seat, maple coffee and side tables.  Lighting is dimmer adjustable Italian up lighters. Tastefully furnished in a mixture of modern wrought iron, solid maple tables and antique chest.
No window coverings needed here as you have complete privacy on this three acre woodland lot!

Satellite TV and telephone are provided (no long distance - bring your Phone Card please).  There are plenty of books (and magazines) to read.

There is a new 42" plasma HDTV and HD DVD player. Also an additional TV, DVD, VCR downstairs (with pre recorded video library and DVDs) and CD Player are provided (bring your own CD's please!). Additional videos are available in Woodland Park (10 minutes drive away) at Blockbuster or other stores.

The dining area seats 8 formally, (there is an additional table and 4 chairs which can be used and brought to the dining area and through the patio doors on the deck are two large patio tables and additional seating) providing a splendid view of the woodland.

Everything is provided to ensure your stay is worry free including all cutlery, crockery, glasses, cooking equipment, cleaning equipment, ironing board and iron. Outside patio table, chairs, gas barbecue (gas provided) and woodland bench seating.  Hammock on the lower deck.

The Queen Master Bedroom with romantic canopy bed has a built in Closet, two night tables with drawers, a large chest of drawers, lamps, mirror and en-suite , maple cabinet, above counter basin and designer faucet set in Corian.

There is a cute little roofed Play House in the woods about 200 ft from the main house. Not strictly a "tree house" but a real treat for those kids that want to "get away"! Complete with it's own deck and furniture for "entertaining"!

Will sleep 2-4 kids but bring your own sleeping bags.
Warning: This Play House can NOT be seen from the main house and parents allow their children to sleep and play there at their own risk. The deck is high off the ground.

There is a separate area on the main floor with washer, dryer, drying stand, iron, ironing board and and linen cupboard.
